As a wellbeing practitioner, speaker and author, I offer a gentle, body-led perspective on health and healing.
For over three years, I’ve been speaking publicly about wellbeing from a place of safety-first. My work invites people to rethink symptoms and dis-ease, not as problems to fix, but as meaningful signals from a body that’s doing its best to communicate.
My approach is rooted in W·I·L·D® Wellbeing — Wonder, Intuition, Loving ourselves and learning to Dance with life. It’s shaped by my own healing journey and years of listening closely to how fear, stress and lived experience show up in the body. I’m deeply interested in what changes when we slow down, soften fear, and create enough safety for the body’s own wisdom to be heard.
When I speak, I aim to create calm, accessible spaces where people feel at ease, not pressured to change, perform or “fix”, but supported to listen to themselves in a new way. I don’t offer a magic wand or dramatic solutions. Instead, I focus on restoring trust, choice and coherence, and on approaches to wellbeing which work alongside medical care.
My book Take a Walk on the W·I·L·D® Side, weaves my personal story with a kinder, more hopeful way of understanding dis-ease and the body’s natural intelligence.
I’m available for interviews, features, podcasts and speaking engagements, and I particularly enjoy conversations which explore wellbeing, safety, the body’s wisdom and more compassionate approaches to health.

"Robyn is one of the most educated and genius people I ever had a pleasure of working with.
She was a speaker on the Superhuman Summit 2024 and with her deep knowledge
on Fear and emotions she dominated the "stage" and changed many people's lives.
Her genius doesn't lie in her vast knowledge, but in her ability to present this knowledge
in such a beautiful way that anyone can easily understand it. I highly recommend her!"
