I’m Robyn, the W·I·L·D® Wellbeing Speaker and the author of Take a Walk on the W·I·L·D® Side. Often barefoot*, when the setting allows, I share a gentle, heart-centred approach that helps people feel safer in themselves and relate to their health with more understanding and less fear.
My talks invite audiences to slow down, listen to their body, and rethink symptoms and dis-ease as meaningful signals rather than problems to fix. Through story and accessible ideas, people often leave feeling calmer, and with a stronger belief in their potential to heal.
I speak to community groups, wellbeing events, retreats and organisations looking for a more human, sustainable approach to wellbeing, and I’m also keen to bring this conversation to wider audiences through podcasts and radio.
